We’ve got different areas that can be booked on their own or combined, depending on the scale and feel of your event.

OUR SPACES (PER-DAY PRICING)

Whilst STANDARD prices are given per day, FOR GUIDANCE – of course half days, and events lasting a couple of hours will be discounted accordingly.

Also as mentioned below, deals can be struck when you make a minimum order per head for food & drink, and for first time bookings AND for NGO’s OR SOCIAL ENTERPRISES AND ANY CHARITY EVENT IN GENERAL.

ALSO WEEKDAYS TEND TO BE CHEAPER THAN WEEKENDS

1. The Rooftop Upper Café — Around $250 per day (≈ 1,000,000 UGX)

Capacity: 40–50
A bright rooftop-level space ideal for workshops, training sessions, meetings, small receptions, and creative daytime use.

Recently used for an all day Jaegermeister Student Ambassador workshop, arranged by Hustle Sasa – we provided the venue, TV, audio equipment and microphones and pizza and drinks – with complementary tea & coffee all day.

2. The Loft — Around $500–$650 per day (≈ 2,000,000–2,500,000 UGX)

Capacity: 100–150
Our main indoor performance venue with excellent sound, and can be set up to suit virtually any needs.

Recently used for 3 Saturday Nights in a row in August by Yo Voice Be Hard & Nyege Nyege (A project backed by EU grant funding to support 10 emerging artists – many went on to perform at Nyege Nyege Festival in November. The above pictures show the event in The Loft.

3. The Rooftop — Around $650–$800 per day (≈ 2,500,000–3,000,000 UGX)

Capacity: 200–300
An open-air rooftop with Kampala sky above— atmospheric, youthful, and highly flexible.

Frequently used by various DJ collectives for all night Saturday night takeovers – Including Underground Kampala, Collusion, Room Residente, Elixir Etc.

Best for: Sunset DJ parties • Corporate events • Live music • Celebrations • Creative activations

4. Full-Venue Takeover — Around $1,600–$2,200 per day (≈ 6,000,000–8,000,000 UGX)

Capacity: up to 1,000
Includes The Loft, The Rooftop, The Rooftop Upper Café, and the Courtyard (weekends).

Recently used by Skillz Dance Fest in November, for a 4 stage takeover including the Massive Dance Competition in the Courtyard, DJ sets and party vibes in The Rooftop Bar and The Loft, and sit down BBQ feast in the Rooftop Upper Cafe area. It was huge success with around 500 to 600 attendess throughout the day and night.
